Buscamos pessoa Especialista de arquitetura de soluções para atuar no desenvolvimento e evolução da nossaplataforma interna de engenharia — o produto que automatiza o ciclo de vida de software dacompanhia: esteiras de CI/CD, gates de qualidade e segurança, deploy automatizado eintegrações com as ferramentas de engenharia.O trabalho é de desenvolvimento de produto ponta a ponta, com forte componente de integração entre sistemas e arquitetura orientada a eventos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e evoluir APIs REST em Python/FastAPI.Implementar serviços assíncronos (consumers e workers) com mensageria.Construir e manter integrações com ferramentas de engenharia, segurança e observabilidade.Manter e evoluir bibliotecas internas compartilhadas, com versionamento e compatibilidade.Evoluir esteiras de CI/CD e imagens de build.Escrever testes automatizados e sustentar os gates de qualidade e cobertura.Participar de code review e das definições técnicas do time.Atuar no diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes da plataforma.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Python 3.10+ com domínio de programação assíncrona e tipagem.Desenvolvimento de APIs REST com FastAPI (ou framework equivalente).Arquitetura orientada a eventos com mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS ou similar):Banco de dados NoSQL, preferencialmente MongoDB (modelagem, índices, agregações).Git e pipelines de CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions ou similar).Docker: construção e otimização de imagens.Kubernetes e Helm em nível de uso e diagnóstico.Testes automatizados como prática (pytest), com cobertura.Inglês para leitura técnica.DesejáveisReact + TypeScript (Vite, Tailwind).GitOps e ArgoCD.SonarQube e ferramentas de análise estática, SAST/DAST e gestão de vulnerabilidades.Autenticação corporativa: LDAP, Azure AD / OpenID Connect, JWT.Terraform e Ansible.Integração com modelos de IA generativa em produto.Experiência prévia em times de Plataforma, Developer Experience ou Internal Developer Platform.Autonomia técnica e clareza na comunicação escrita.Facilidade em transitar entre camadas (API, worker, biblioteca e esteira).Maturidade para atuar em codebase consolidado, com processo formal de revisão e aprovação.Informações adicionaisFique por dentro dos nossos benefícios!
