Simular geração de margem/EBITDA com base em preços de venda, custos industriais, logísticos, impostos e incentivos comerciais;

Garantir a consistência numérica entre os planos de demanda, produção e financeiro;

Agir como usuário-chave da ferramenta de simulação (otimizador de margem), avaliando resultados e propondo ajustes;

Atuar como ponte entre áreas: finanças, planejamento de demanda, supply chain e comercial, promovendo alinhamento tático-operacional;

Acompanhar e documentar os principais GAPs entre plano e orçamento, submetendo ajustes ao GPI;

Garantir a integridade e fluidez dos dados utilizados no processo, propondo melhorias na governança da informação;

Participar dos fóruns de IBP como suporte técnico de avaliação de cenários e decisões de trade-off;

Suportar o desenho de relatórios-padrão de governança do processo de IBP;

Manter visão integrada e crítica sobre restrições operacionais e financeiras no curto e médio prazo.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Engenharias, Administração, Ciência de Dados, Matemática Aplicada ou áreas afins;

Conhecimentos em planejamento de demanda, rotinas industriais e logística;

Vivência com planejamento ou controladoria, planejamento integrado, controladoria ou pricing e planejamento, com experiência em integração ou IBP;

Pacote Office – Excel intermediário; ferramentas de análises avançadas como Power BI, R e programação em Python; conhecimento em simulação, estrutura de DRE, margem, ERP e experiência com ferramentas de simulação e modelagem de cenários;

Competências: Comunicação, Foco no Cliente, Iniciativa, Foco em Resultado, Resiliência, Agilidade e Inovação.

Diferencial:

Certificações IBP/S&OP (APICS, DDI etc.);

Cursos de IBP, Controladoria ou Business Analytics.
