Realizar análises técnicas de propostas, escopos e planos de trabalho de empresas de engenharia, assegurando aderência aos objetivos do projeto e ao nível de maturidade exigido em cada fase do FEL (Front-End Loading).Atuar nos processos de contratação de serviços de engenharia e construção, participando da definição de escopo, seleção de fornecedores, avaliações técnicas, visitas de campo e análise de propostas.Fornecer suporte técnico às equipes de execução e construção durante a implantação dos projetos, contribuindo para a solução de desvios e a correta aplicação dos requisitos de engenharia.Avaliar, aprovar e gerenciar solicitações de alteração de projeto (Management of Change - MOC), analisando impactos técnicos, operacionais, financeiros e de cronograma.Conduzir reuniões técnicas com projetistas, contratadas e equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo alinhamento de escopo, integração entre disciplinas e resolução de interfaces.Revisar e aprovar relatórios técnicos, documentos de engenharia, medições contratuais e demais entregáveis relacionados aos projetos sob sua responsabilidade.Identificar, avaliar e mitigar riscos técnicos associados aos projetos, contribuindo para a segurança, confiabilidade operacional e continuidade dos negócios.Realizar interface contínua com áreas operacionais, manutenção, engenharia, meio ambiente, CAPEX e demais stakeholders, garantindo alinhamento estratégico e execução integrada das iniciativas.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho dos projetos relacionados a prazo, custo, qualidade e escopo, promovendo ações corretivas quando necessário.Validar e aprovar documentação final dos projetos, incluindo dossiês técnicos e documentação "As Built", assegurando rastreabilidade e conformidade dos registros.Apoiar a definição de soluções técnicas inovadoras e boas práticas de engenharia, buscando ganhos de eficiência, redução de riscos e otimização de custos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Arquitetura ou Engenharia;Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de projetos de engenharia e implantação de CAPEX;Conhecimento de normas técnicas aplicáveis à disciplina de atuação;Conhecimento de metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos e modelos FEL;Experiência na gestão de empresas de engenharia e construção;Conhecimento em processos de gestão de riscos e controle de mudanças;Habilidade para análise crítica de documentação técnica, projetos e propostas comerciais;Desejável conhecimento em AutoCAD Civil 3D, sistemas de drenagem, terraplenagem, geotecnia e obras de infraestrutura;Excel avançado;Visão sistêmica, boa comunicação, perfil analítico, capacidade de influência, organização, foco em resultados, atuação colaborativa, gestão de stakeholders e postura proativa na identificação e solução de problemas.Informações adicionaisCaracterísticas da vaga:Regime de contratação: Regular Office (Presencial).Local de atuação: São Luís/MA;Horário de trabalho: 07:05 às 16:30 Benefícios contemplados na vaga:Plano de saúde 💳Plano Odontológico 🦷Seguro de vida ⛑️Transporte 🚌Alimentação 🥖Convênio com TotalPass🏋️‍♀️Descontos e parcerias com diversas instituições de ensino 📚
