Além disso, a helloo mantém uma operação dedicada à criação de experiências interativas em elevadores e espaços comerciais.Na helloo, construímos conversas e marcamos momentos!Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Especialista de Projetos para atuar no acompanhamento e implantação de projetos e novos ativos, conectando áreas internas, fornecedores, aeroportos e shoppings parceiros.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar o desenvolvimento e a implantação de projetos e novos ativos de mídia OOH, desde a consulta de espaços até a aprovação e execução.Ser o ponto focal dos projetos junto aos parceiros, organizando demandas, retornos, aprovações, pendências e próximos passos.Cobrar e acompanhar os responsáveis pelas diferentes etapas do projeto, garantindo evolução das atividades e escalando eventuais impedimentos quando necessário, atuando de forma preventiva para garantir o andamento das entregas.Garantir que as informações dos ativos estejam atualizadas e organizadas para suporte às áreas Comercial, Operações, Produto e demais áreas envolvidas.Conduzir, junto a aeroportos e shoppings parceiros, os fluxos de análise, aprovação e implantação de novos espaços de mídia.Acompanhar, em conjunto com o time de Projetos, a execução e implantação de novos ativos, garantindo aderência ao projeto aprovado e às premissas de cada parceiro.Acompanhar cronogramas, etapas de execução, pendências e entregas dos projetos em andamento.Apoiar o planejamento das atividades e a organização das demandas, garantindo visibilidade sobre o status de cada projeto.Realizar a conferência e atualização de mídia kits, plantas, desenhos técnicos, especificações e demais materiais relacionados ao inventário OOH.Diferencial:Já ter atuado em ambientes com processos formais de aprovação, alto número de stakeholders e exigências técnicas/documentais, nos quais organização, acompanhamento e capacidade de articulação sejam fundamentais para o avanço dos projetos.
