Somos movidos pela vontade em comum de impactar a sociedade positivamente, pautados pela inovação, pela valorização das pessoas, pela geração de valor e pela ética.Sua missão será conduzir processos licitatórios, desenvolvimento de negócios e parcerias dentro das áreas de atuação da WayCarbon.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir o ciclo de desenvolvimento de propostas para editais e oportunidades de financiamento, da triagem estratégica à submissão — avaliando fit, riscos e potencial de parceria antes de decidir pela participação.Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos com parceiros estratégicos, nacionais e internacionais, incluindo organismos multilaterais, posicionando a WayCarbon como parceira de referência em sustentabilidade.Traduzir TdRs complexos em propostas técnicas robustas e diferenciadas, articulando as áreas técnicas internas para garantir aderência aos critérios de avaliação.Estruturar, em conjunto com as áreas técnicas, propostas financeiras competitivas que equilibrem escopo, esforço e precificação estratégica.Orquestrar consórcios e parcerias (internas e externas) ao longo da elaboração das propostas, assegurando consistência de mensagem, qualidade técnica e cumprimento de prazos..Garantir conformidade integral às exigências dos editais — documentação, elegibilidade, formatação — eliminando riscos de desclassificação.Atuar como revisor crítico de conteúdos técnicos e comerciais, elevando clareza, diferenciação competitiva e poder de persuasão das propostas.Analisar critérios de julgamento e definir, junto à liderança, a estratégia vencedora de cada proposta (técnica e comercial).Curar e manter a base de conhecimento estratégico da área — atestados, currículos, cases e evidências — como ativo competitivo para novas oportunidades.Conduzir análises de win/loss e transformar aprendizados em melhorias concretas de processo.Contribuir ativamente para a evolução de processos, templates e governança, fortalecendo a maturidade e a escalabilidade da área de parcerias e propostas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Relações Internacionais e áreas afinsExperiência comprovada na elaboração e coordenação de propostas técnicas e comerciais na área ESG ou agenda climáticaHabilidade de relacionamento e negociação, com facilidade para construir e sustentar parcerias estratégicas com públicos diversos — parceiros técnicos, áreas internas, clientes e organismos internacionaisVivência na interpretação de editais e Termos de Referência (TdR), transformando requisitos em propostas estruturadasDesejável experiência em projetos de consultoria, sustentabilidade ou áreas correlatas
