Auxiliar no processamento de transações financeiras, incluindo contas a pagar, contas a receber e lançamentos financeiros. · 

Apoiar na preparação de relatórios financeiros regulares, compilando dados, inserindo informações em planilhas e auxiliando na análise preliminar de dados. · 

Dar suporte e assistência aos clientes internos, respondendo a consultas, resolvendo problemas e encaminhando solicitações conforme necessário. · 

Prestar suporte administrativo adicional, como controle de correspondências, apoio em compras em geral, solicitação de orçamentos, arquivo e separação de documentos, organização de viagens de negócios, processamento de despesas e outras tarefas administrativas conforme atribuídas. · 

Auxiliar na programação de reserva de salas. · 

Manter o compromisso com a segurança da informação e privacidade. · 

Facilitar a comunicação interna dentro do departamento financeiro e com outros departamentos, transmitindo informações importantes e garantindo que as mensagens sejam transmitidas de forma clara.Requisitos e qualificações📋 Buscamos uma pessoa que possua: · Graduação em andamento em Administração, Gestão Financeira ou áreas afins; · Conhecimento em processos e rotinas administrativas e financeiras;  · Conhecimento em Pacote Office básico ou intermediário.🎯 DIFERENCIAIS: · Conhecimento no Sistema Protheus.Informações adicionaisO que você pode esperar de nós?Na BHS, cuidamos do seu bem-estar como prioridade número um.
