Realizar avaliação funcional, com foco no diagnóstico do cliente, elaboração e aplicação do plano de intervenção em Fonoaudiologia. Participar das reuniões multidisciplinares com foco na análise da evolução do cliente e adaptação do plano de intervenção.

Responsabilidades e atribuições - Acolher e avaliar indivíduos com foco no diagnóstico funcional do cliente, elaboração e aplicação do plano de intervenção de habilitação e reabilitação de acordo com sua área de atuação. - Participar da elaboração do plano de intervenção multiprofissional, propondo as técnicas e/ou procedimentos adequados para o diagnóstico e tratamento. - Realizar visitas técnicas nos espaços utilizados pelo cliente, para auxiliar na análise e plano de intervenção. - Participar das reuniões multiprofissionais com foco na análise da evolução do cliente e adaptação do plano de intervenção quando necessário. - Interagir com demais profissionais para elaboração e execução de programas terapêuticos e apoio a grupos específicos. - Prestar assistência individual ou em grupo aos pais e/ou cuidadores, preparando-os adequadamente para lidar de forma saudável com o prognóstico e tratamento do cliente. - Realizar treinamentos aos pais e/ou cuidadores dos clientes, objetivando o engajamento no plano de intervenção. - Elaborar relatórios dos atendimentos, sempre respeitando às legislações vigentes e a privacidade do cliente. - Revisar os documentos da unidade (manuais, regimentos, procedimentos etc.) de acordo com o cronograma estabelecido, mantendo-os atualizados e disponíveis para acesso pela equipe. - Controlar e cumprir as normas e procedimentos quanto ao uso do uniforme, registro de ponto, horário e escala de trabalho, cronograma de férias da equipe etc. - Estabelecer interação com as demais unidades e/ou outros estabelecimentos de saúde, garantindo aqualidade dos serviços prestados. - Oferecer suporte ao setor jurídico no levantamento de informações referentes às demandas judiciais. - Executar outras atividades correlatas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional,natureza do seu trabalho e local/subsistema de sua área, conforme determinação superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios: - Graduação em Fonoaudiologia, registro ativo no CREFono-9. - Experiência comprovada com protocolos ABA.Desejáveis: - Pós-graduação em Análise do Comportamento Aplicada (ABA). - Cursos de aperfeiçoamento em VB-MAPP. - Pós-graduação em Transtorno do Espectro Autista ou áreas correlatas será diferencial
