Prestar assistência fonoaudiológica especializada nas linhas de cuidado Materno-Infantil e Adulto, atuando na prevenção, avaliação e reabilitação dos distúrbios de deglutição, sucção, comunicação e voz, contribuindo para a segurança do paciente e qualidade da assistência hospitalar.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLinha Materno-Infantil (UTI Neonatal e Alojamento Conjunto)•   Realizar avaliação fonoaudiológica de recém-nascidos internados na UTI Neonatal;•   Avaliar e intervir nas funções orais (sucção, deglutição e respiração);•   Atuar na transição segura da alimentação por sonda para via oral;•   Promover estímulo ao aleitamento materno e orientar puérperas quanto à pega adequada e manejo da amamentação;•   Prevenir e manejar disfagia neonatal e risco de broncoaspiração;•   Orientar equipe multiprofissional e familiares quanto às condutas terapêuticas;•   Registrar evolução clínica em prontuário conforme protocolos institucionais.Linha Adulto (UTI Adulto e Enfermarias)•   Realizar avaliação fonoaudiológica beira-leito em pacientes críticos e clínicos;•   Diagnosticar e manejar disfagia orofaríngea em pacientes adultos;•   Indicar consistências alimentares seguras e estratégias compensatórias;•   Atuar na reabilitação da deglutição, voz e comunicação;•   Contribuir para prevenção de pneumonia aspirativa e outras complicações associadas;•   Participar de visitas multiprofissionais e discussões clínicas;•   Elaborar e acompanhar plano terapêutico individualizado.Requisitos e qualificações•   Graduação completa em Fonoaudiologia;•   Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Fonoaudiologia (CREFONO);•   Experiência mínima comprovada em ambiente hospitalar;•   Pós-graduação concluída ou em andamento em Fonoaudiologia Hospitalar ou Disfagia (Adulto e Infantil);•   Conhecimento em avaliação e manejo da disfagia neonatal, pediátrica e adulta.Informações adicionaisBenefícios são: Vale transporte, Vale alimentação, Refeitório no local, Assistência médica (coparticipação), TotalPass, Assistência odontológica (optativa), Auxílio Creche, TotalPass e Seguro de Vida.Horário de Trabalho: 06:00/12:00 / 07:00/13:00 - (150/30) 5x2Residir em Santos ou nas cidades próximas (São Vicente, Cubatão, Praia Grande, Guarujá).* Processo Seletivo Externo*
