Não fazemos distinção de raça, cor, religião, identidade de gênero, orientação sexual, nacionalidade, deficiência ou idade em nenhuma etapa do processo seletivo, reforçando nosso compromisso de uma empresa focada em cooperar e no seu cliente interno e externo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar os atendimentos fonoaudiológicos e contribuir para a melhoria do quadro clínico dos pacientes;Evoluir diariamente os atendimentos realizados no sistema PEP;Realizar avaliações fonoaudiológicas dos pacientes em atendimento, sempre que necessário;Realizar procedimentos de fonoaudiologia, conforme as necessidades assistenciais, visando a melhoria do estado clínico dos pacientes;Encaminhar relatórios fonoaudiológicos para avaliação da equipe multidisciplinar;Atualizar mapas de rotas domiciliares, com a finalidade de contribuir para a pontualidade do atendimento;Repassar orientações técnicas básicas aos familiares e cuidadores, a fim de zelar pela continuidade e qualidade da assistência aos pacientes;Entregar relatório de produtividade mensal para análise da gestão;Auxiliar na elaboração de ferramentas e projetos de acompanhamento do serviço;Desempenhar suas atividades segundo as práticas organizacionais exigidas, visando a segurança dos pacientes;Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, de acordo com a necessidade da organização, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Graduação Completa em Fonoaudiologia;      Diferencial: Pós-graduação na área de disfagia ou fonoaudiologia hospitalar ou motricidade orofacial com foco em disfagia.Informática: Pacote office básico;Desejável: Experiência em Home Care e/ou Hospitalar.Competências necessárias: Engajamento Inspirador, Colaboração, Autonomia Proativa, Foco em Resultados, Comunicação e Senso de Dono.Informações Importantes:•Carga Horária da vaga: 150h de Seg a Sex;•Necessário possuir veículo para deslocamento dos atendimentos domiciliares e CNH ativa.Informações adicionaisIremos oferecer:•Assistência Médica;•Assistência Odontológica;•Auxílio Creche até 6 anos;•Vale-Alimentação ou Vale-Refeição R$801,00;•Auxilio Combustível.E você ainda terá:•Incentivos à Educação;•Cursos EAD;•Oportunidade de Crescimento;•Descontos com Parceiros: Farmácia, Ótica, Restaurante e muito mais;•Programa Bem Estar;•Programa de Diversidade, Equidade e Inclusão;•Liderança Humanizada.
