Vagas também afirmativa para PCD's.Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerenciar o planejamento e a execução das instalações dos empreendimentos em todas as etapas da obra; Controlar custos, orçamento e prazos da área de instalações; Acompanhar indicadores, identificar desvios e definir ações para cumprimento das metas; Liderar e desenvolver as equipes responsáveis pelas instalações; Realizar análise crítica dos projetos, propondo melhorias e soluções para execução; Desenvolver e aprimorar processos executivos de instalações; Acompanhar e aprovar solicitações, serviços e medições; Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos técnicos, de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente; Atuar na interface entre instalações, projetos, engenharia, obras, fornecedores e demais áreas envolvidas; Garantir a qualidade das instalações para entrega dos empreendimentos e áreas comuns; Buscar novas tecnologias e soluções aplicáveis aos processos de instalações.Requisitos e qualificações Formação completa em Engenharia Civil ou Engenharia Elétrica; Experiência entre 5 e 10 anos em gestão de instalações;

Vivência em construtoras e/ou instaladoras, preferencialmente em empreendimentos residenciais;

Atuação no controle financeiro da operação, produtividade e reporte de resultados para liderança executiva.

 Capacidade de análise técnica de projetos de instalações; Conhecimento do Pacote Office; Pós-graduação será considerada diferencial.
