Coordenar o planejamento financeiro e o acompanhamento dos principais indicadores de desempenho, assegurando visibilidade sobre resultados e cenários do negócio.

Consolidar análises financeiras e projeções, traduzindo informações em recomendações que apoiem a tomada de decisão da Diretoria.

Faturamento e Eficiência do Ciclo de Receita

:

Liderar a gestão do ciclo de faturamento e recebimentos, acompanhando indicadores, oportunidades de melhoria e iniciativas que contribuam para maior eficiência e previsibilidade financeira.Promover a integração entre as diferentes etapas do ciclo de receita, fortalecendo processos, controles e resultados da operação. Governança Fiscal, Contábil & Financeira:

Assegurar a qualidade e consistência das informações e processos contábeis, fiscais e financeiros, garantindo aderência às obrigações legais e regulatórias, e aos controles aplicáveis ao negócio.

Identificar riscos e oportunidades de melhoria, conduzindo iniciativas de governança, aprimoramento de processos e evolução de sistemas.

Liderança e Gestão Operacional:

Liderar as equipes e respectivas lideranças das áreas financeiras, garantindo o alinhamento das diferentes frentes da estrutura financeira às prioridades estratégicas e às necessidades do negócio.

Atuação Estratégica & Negócios:

Atuar em parceria com a Diretoria, contribuindo com análises, cenários e visão financeira para decisões estratégicas.

Liderar e apoiar iniciativas de evolução de processos e implementação de soluções que contribuam para o crescimento sustentável da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Graduação concluída em Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

Pós-graduação ou MBA em áreas relacionadas a Finanças e Gestão de Negócios.Experiência: Experiência sólida em posições de liderança de áreas Financeira, Controladoria e Faturamento e vivência com contabilidade terceirizada.Experiência em gestão de resultados, indicadores e processos financeiros em empresas de serviços da área da saúde.Vivência em ambientes dinâmicos.Será diferencial:Experiência em revisão e maturidade de processos financeiros corporativos.Formação complementar em Gestão de Pessoas ou Liderança.
