Nosso cliente está em busca de uma pessoa criativa, organizada e atenta aos detalhes para atuar na criação de conteúdos e na edição de vídeos destinados às redes sociais e aos canais institucionais da empresa.Buscamos um profissional capaz de transformar ideias, informações técnicas, entrevistas e registros do cotidiano em conteúdos claros, dinâmicos e visualmente atrativos, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da marca, a ampliação de sua presença digital e a comunicação de seus projetos, conhecimentos e soluções.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesPlanejar, criar e editar vídeos para redes sociais, especialmente Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube e demais canais digitais da empresa;Produzir conteúdos em diferentes formatos, como vídeos curtos, reels, entrevistas, depoimentos, bastidores, conteúdos educativos e materiais institucionais;Realizar cortes, montagem, tratamento de áudio, inserção de legendas, trilhas, elementos gráficos e ajustes de imagem;Adaptar os conteúdos às características, dimensões e boas práticas de cada plataforma;Apoiar a construção de roteiros, pautas e ideias de conteúdo;Transformar temas técnicos e corporativos em materiais acessíveis, objetivos e interessantes;Organizar arquivos de vídeo, imagens, áudios e demais materiais produzidos;Garantir consistência visual e alinhamento dos conteúdos à identidade e ao posicionamento institucional da JMLIMA;Acompanhar tendências de formatos, linguagem e produção audiovisual para redes sociais;Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas Comercial, Marketing, Pessoas e lideranças da empresa na produção dos conteúdos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosExperiência com edição de vídeos e produção de conteúdo para redes sociais;Domínio de ferramentas de edição, como Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve ou similares;Conhecimento sobre formatos, proporções e especificidades de vídeos para diferentes plataformas digitais;Boa capacidade de redação e revisão de textos, títulos e legendas;Organização, criatividade, senso estético e atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade de administrar demandas simultâneas e cumprir prazos;Facilidade para compreender temas técnicos e traduzi-los em conteúdos claros e atrativos;Portfólio com trabalhos de edição de vídeo ou criação de conteúdo.DiferenciaisConhecimento em motion graphics e animações;Experiência com gravação de vídeos, captação de áudio, iluminação e enquadramento;Conhecimento de design gráfico e ferramentas como Canva, Photoshop ou Illustrator;Experiência com conteúdos corporativos, educacionais ou voltados ao mercado B2B;Familiaridade com ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas à criação, edição e otimização de conteúdos;Conhecimento básico de métricas e desempenho de conteúdos nas redes sociais.
