Missão da Área 🤩No TF Experience somos responsáveis por proporcionar experiências através de eventos esportivos com o intuito de conectar as pessoas a um estilo de vida ativo e saudável.Sua missão 🥇RRealizar atendimento e dar suporte total aos franqueados e trainers em relação a todos os temas relacionados a comunicação, marketing, divulgação, promoção e execução dos eventos. Acompanhar os cronogramas e supervisionar a execução dos eventos. Supervisionar e dar suporte aos analistas que respondem direto a ele ou ela.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Realizar atendimento aos franqueados/trainers/parceiros para apresentação e execução dos eventos do projeto;Análise e aprovação dos eventos. Realizar supervisão de todos os processos, visando melhor atendimento e execução técnica de toda etapa do projeto;Organizar calendário de viagem, quando necessário, para acompanhar algum evento;Organizar e executar régua de ação para garantir o melhor alinhamento e execução possível em todas as etapas (Peças de arena, envio de materiais, comunicação, andamento das inscrições e checklist operacional de itens obrigatórios para o evento.);Analisar novas propostas de parcerias esportivas;Realizar reuniões de acompanhamento e alinhamento com os analistas;Organizar calendário de abertura de inscrições e formalizar as solicitações juntamente ao time App;Acompanhar aprovação do layout, definição de grade, e solicitação das camisetas de atletas e Staffs para cada etapa do projeto;Acompanhamento constante das inscrições para ações de engajamento ou solução de problemas;Acompanhar entrega de materiais e desenvolvimento dos eventos;Intermediação com outras áreas para mapeamento de eventos estratégicos para divulgações Organizar relatórios trimestrais estratégicos para trainers e franqueados e realizar reuniões de feedback para melhorias futuras;Garantir a padronização e formato estratégico definido para todos os eventos e a satisfação de todos os participantes, parceiros e patrocinadores de acordo com os direcionamentos da marca para o projeto.Levantamento e captação de novos franqueados e trainers, assim como captação de novos eventos, novas praças e novas modalidadesRequisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎Buscamos uma pessoa comprometida, responsável e organizada, com uma boa capacidade de relacionamento e de execução, que entenda as necessidades e execute de maneira autônoma.Experiencial com atendimento em eventos de preferência esportivosGraduação necessária:Graduação Superior completa em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação Social, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas.Habilidades 💡Conhecimentos em: Word/Excel/PowerPointDesejável experiência na área de atendimento, marketing, comercial e eventos esportivosInformações adicionaisLocal 🏢Rua Dr. Eduardo de Souza Aranha, 387 - Vila Nova Conceição - São PauloDisponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial#PapoReto 👁️ Nossa seleção já está rolando!
