E é assim que construímos, dia após dia, um ambiente diverso e uma grande ideia chamada AlmapBBDO.Venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEntender o negócio do cliente, acompanhando o clipping diário de notícias relacionadas a ele e ao seu produto, ações da concorrência (on e off-line), resultado de pesquisas, relatórios de venda.Liderar projetos dentro da agência, dando andamento, controlando prazos, pedidos de materiais, online e off-line.Participar de reuniões de planejamento do projeto, entendendo e acompanhando as estratégias das marcas e os planos de mídia junto às áreas envolvidas, criando cronograma e plano de trabalho a ser apresentado e aprovado pelo cliente.Direcionar as atividades a serem desenvolvidas para as áreas internas da agência e solicitar orçamentos com fornecedores adequados para a execução do trabalho.Participar de reuniões de produção com clientes e fornecedores, sempre que necessário, para alinhamento das etapas de produção das campanhas.Gerir os processos junto ao cliente, mantendo as áreas envolvidas informadas.Responsabilizar-se pela orientação e supervisão do trabalho do assistente/executivo de conta.Supervisionar as ações da produção, observando o prazo e a verba aprovados e o processo de faturamento.Atender o cliente, fornecendo informações sobre o andamento do trabalho, fazendo ajustes necessários, entendendo necessidades, negociando verbas.Revisar a finalização dos materiais como: artes finais, filmes, onlines e banners, acompanhando os resultados das campanhas.Executar outras atividades correlatas de acordo com solicitação, instrução e ou acompanhamento do seu superior imediato visando contribuir para a equipe e com seu desenvolvimento profissional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesDiferencial: Experiência sólida em atendimento a grandes contas especialmente do mercado financeiro.Imprescindível: Experiência em Agências de Publicidade.Pacote Office Avançado.Experiência com campanhas On e Off.Ensino Superior Completo.Informações adicionaisHíbrido: 3 dias presencial
