E é assim que construímos, dia após dia, um ambiente diverso e uma grande ideia chamada AlmapBBDO.Venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) de Planejamento Financeiro para atuar de forma estratégica no acompanhamento de resultados, suporte à tomada de decisão e melhoria contínua da performance financeira do negócio.Essa posição terá papel fundamental na gestão de indicadores, análise de rentabilidade, definição de pricing e interação direta com áreas de negócio e liderança.Supervisionar o processo de planejamento financeiro (budget, forecast e revisões periódicas)Realizar análise de resultados (real vs. orçado), identificando desvios e propondo ações corretivasDesenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de performance financeira (KPIs)Conduzir análises de rentabilidade por cliente, produto e projetoApoiar a definição de estratégias de pricing e modelagem financeiraElaborar dashboards gerenciais e apresentações executivasConstruir e manter modelos financeiros para suporte à tomada de decisãoAtuar como parceiro de negócio junto aos gestores, traduzindo números em insights acionáveisMonitorar tendências de mercado e impactos no desempenho financeiro da empresaRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatasExperiência prévia em planejamento financeiro (FP&A) ou controladoriaConhecimento avançado em Excel (modelagem financeira, grandes bases, automações)Experiência com análise de rentabilidade e pricingVivência com orçamento, forecast e análise de variações (real vs. orçado).Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI/dashboards (Power BI, Tableau ou similares)Inglês -Avançado/fluenteForte capacidade analítica e visão estratégicaExperiência em agências de PublicidadeInformações adicionaisPresencial 2/3 vezes por semana.
