Priorizar práticas preventivas na proteção florestal para produção de madeira buscando alcançar os objetivos propostos pela empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições- Elaborar programações mensais com as demandas levantadas previamente em campo, levando em consideração as atividades essenciais para que sejam enviadas ao prestador de serviços, contendo informações claras de serviço, seguindo as recomendações profundidade do preparo de solo, espaçamento entre linha/planta e dosagem dos produtos;- Certificar que as atividades sejam realizadas em campo de acordo com a programação para garantir a qualidade e a eficiência dos produtos utilizados;- Garantir que sejam seguidas as normas vigentes de segurança e meio ambiente, através de acompanhamento para garantir a integridade dos colaboradores, respeitando a fauna e a flora da região de atuação;- Confrontar os apontamentos enviados pelo prestador de serviços com a realidade em campo para garantir que foram devidamente realizados;- Realizar a gestão do controle de estoque dos insumos fornecidos pela empresa ao prestador de serviços, realizando auditorias em campo, para certificar que os mesmos estejam corretos e se necessário solicitar as transferências;- Delegar atribuições aos técnicos e zeladores da fazenda sobre as atividades prioritárias para que haja maior apoio de suas atribuições;- Organizar e liderar as equipes em caso de ocorrência de incêndios florestais para garantir a segurança e eficiência dos combates;- Monitorar a conduta dos colaboradores próprios e terceiros, no sentido de preenchimento de documentos e conduta interna para garantir a eficiência e segurança;- Verificar de possíveis dados a floresta doenças, pragas e intemperes;- Realizar treinamentos e integração operacional para as equipes das prestadoras de serviços;

Requisitos e qualificações- Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Agronômica e/ou Florestal;- Experiência com Gestão de Pessoas;- Experiência anterior na área;- Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão florestal;
