Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as equipes assistenciais;Realizar atendimento assistencial aos pacientes sob o seu cuidado;Garantir o mesmo padrão de atendimento de qualidade, mesmo diante do aumento de demanda e cenário de crise;Realizar assistência aos pacientes dos setores conforme solicitação prévia (UI, PA/PS, UTI e CC);Conhecer a rotina dos setores onde for prestar assistência:Seguir normas de biossegurança:Seguir protocolos e fluxos de controle de infecção determinados pelo NECIH;Realizar anotação de Enfermagem conforme assistência prestada;Registrar informações do paciente nos locais adequados conforme setor de atuação;Seguir a orientação do Enfermeiro do setor para prestar assistência;Realizar passagem de plantão para continuidade do cuidado;Acompanhamento do aplicativo Escala Jornadas para identificar o setor solicitador.Atuar de forma alinhada ao modelo de Cuidado Centrado na Pessoa (Planetree), assegurando que as práticas assistenciais e processos de trabalho estejam orientados às necessidades, preferências e valores dos clientes internos, pacientes e seus familiares

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico de Enfermagem;COREN regular e ativo.Conhecimento em informática.
