Responsável por garantir o suporte técnico de primeiro nível (N1) aos usuários, assegurando a disponibilidade e o funcionamento adequado dos recursos de tecnologia da informação da instituição, como manutenção corretiva e preventiva de computadores, impressoras, equipamentos de rede, sistemas de telefonia, periféricos, equipamentos audiovisuais e catracas eletrônicas, configurações básicas e suporte operacional aos sistemas SoulMV, contribuindo para a continuidade das atividades assistenciais e administrativas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte técnico de primeiro nível (N1), presencial, remoto ou por telefone, realizando o atendimento, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes relacionados a hardware, software, sistemas e recursos de TI. Registrar, acompanhar e direcionar chamados quando necessário, garantindo a continuidade operacional dos serviços e a satisfação dos usuários;Realizar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva de computadores, coletores de dados, impressoras térmicas e multifuncionais, efetuando diagnósticos, reparos, substituição de componentes, configurações e testes de funcionamento, visando garantir a disponibilidade, o desempenho e a continuidade dos serviços tecnológicos da instituição;Efetuar reparos e configurações básicas em pontos de rede e sistemas de telefonia, bem como realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em catracas eletrônicas e relógios de ponto, assegurando o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos e a continuidade das operações institucionais;Realizar a configuração e preparação de estações de trabalho para acesso aos sistemas corporativos e plataformas de parceiros e prestadores de serviços, efetuando instalações, ajustes de permissões, testes de conectividade e validação de acessos, garantindo o pleno funcionamento dos recursos necessários às atividades dos usuários;Realizar a instalação, configuração e suporte operacional de projetores, telas de projeção, sistemas de sonorização e demais equipamentos audiovisuais, garantindo o adequado funcionamento durante reuniões, treinamentos, apresentações e eventos institucionais;Abrir, classificar, acompanhar e registrar chamados, atuando no suporte e na tratativa de incidentes relacionados à conectividade, infraestrutura de rede e serviços de tecnologia, garantindo o acompanhamento até a sua efetiva resolução;Executar outras atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo, conforme demanda institucional ou orientação da liderança imediata, desde que compatíveis com sua qualificação, conhecimento técnico, experiência profissional e atribuições da função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas; Experiencia na área de TI com suporte técnico;Desejável :Administração de ERP Hospitalar (foco em SoulMV); Gestão de servidores de arquivos (OpenMediaVault/Samba); Conhecimento em gestão de conteúdo e plugins para WordPress (Intranet); Domínio intermediário em Banco de Dados (Consultas SQL para relatórios e verificações); Gestão de inventário, controle de estoque de TI e noções de processos administrativos/financeiros (contas a pagar).Informações adicionaisBenefícios são: Vale Transporte, Alimentação Conforme Convenção, Assistência médica (coparticipação), Assistência odontológica (optativa) e Seguro de Vida.Horário de Trabalho: 07:00 às 19:00 horas - 12x36Local de Trabalho: Mogi da Cruzes
