Na busca contínua por mentes criativas e apaixonadas por inovação, estamos à procura de indivíduos que desafiem os limites, que abracem o novo e tracem caminhos inexplorados rumo a um futuro promissor.Com mais de 30 anos de expertise em Consultoria e Gestão de Projetos, somos uma referência nacional em Engenharia Consultiva, em constante expansão global. Com DNA de inovação, nos reinventamos e evoluímos.Nossa equipe, formada por mais de 2.500 colaboradores, trabalha para impulsionar nossa empresa rumo a um futuro ainda mais relevante, global e digital até 2030. Se você se identifica com nosso propósito, vamos juntos imaginar um futuro e engenhá-lo?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar e acompanhar atividades de campo relacionadas à construção (fabricação e montagem de estruturas metálicas e tubulação / montagem de equipamentos indústrias / paradas operacionais) conforme planejamento definido;Garantir que os serviços sejam realizados conforme projetos, especificações técnicas e padrões estabelecidos;Apoiar o controle do avanço físico das atividades, reportando status e desvios;Realizar inspeções de campo para verificação de qualidade dos serviços executados;Acompanhar e orientar equipes operacionais quanto às melhores práticas construtivas;Assegurar o cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente (HSE);Registrar e reportar não conformidades identificadas durante a execução;Apoiar o controle de materiais em campo, garantindo uso adequado e minimização de desperdícios;Manter registros atualizados das atividades realizadas (relatórios, checklists e medições);Apoiar a liberação de frentes de serviço conforme condições de execução;Garantir aderência aos procedimentos e normas técnicas vigentes;Atuar na interface com planejamento, engenharia e supervisão para alinhamento das atividades;Apoiar a execução de medições de serviços e controle de produtividade;Participar das reuniões operacionais e de segurança do projeto;Apoiar na identificação de riscos e proposição de melhorias nas atividades de campo;Assegurar o cumprimento dos requisitos contratuais relacionados à execução;Contribuir para a organização do canteiro e controle das frentes de trabalho;Apoiar a garantia da qualidade e conformidade da obra;Reportar diariamente o andamento das atividades à liderança;Cumprir as rotinas e diretrizes operacionais do empreendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Formação técnica em Mecânica ou áreas correlatas, com registro ativo no MTE;Experiência comprovada em fiscalização ou acompanhamento de campo de fabricação e  montagem (estruturas metálicas e tubulações), montagem de equipamentos e paradas operacionais;Conhecimento prático da leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos para execução das atividades;Capacidade de trabalhar em campo, interagir com equipes terceirizadas e manter boa comunicação com a equipe técnica;Organização, senso crítico e comprometimento com segurança e qualidade.Informações adicionaisCaracterísticas da vaga:Regime de contratação: Regular Office (Presencial)Local de atuação: São Luís/MAHorário de trabalho: 7h05 às 16h30Benefícios contemplados na vaga:Plano de saúde 💳Plano Odontológico 🦷Seguro de vida ⛑️Transporte 🚌Alimentação 🥖Convênio com Totalpass🏋️‍♀️Descontos e parcerias com diversas instituições de ensino 📚
