Inscreva-se e participe!#VocêNaRandoncorp #SomosRandoncorpResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesSuas atividades como Pintor(a) II serão:Preparar padrões de cor para setor de pintura, misturar tintas, pigmentos, diluentes e aditivos em recipiente próprio e aplica-los em amostras seguindo o padrão estabelecido, medindo e verificando o brilho, a tonalidade e realizar os ajustes necessários nas cores;Medir a viscosidade da tinta bem como avalia a preparação da superfície e o isolamento dos produtos ou peças;Capacitar novos pintores, no posto de trabalho, visando manter os padrões e qualidade nos processos de pintura;Promover e desenvolver melhorias no seu processo de pintura;Realizar processo de pintura e acabamento de produtos e/ou peças conforme ordens de produção e as instruções/especificações de trabalho, observando layout de pintura, inspecionando visualmente, liberando os produtos e/ou peças, atendendo a requisitos de segurança, qualidade e prazos de entrega estabelecidos pela empresa;Realizar pintura de PDE (Pintura de Detalhes) lendo e interpretando desenho, realizando isolamentos/mascaramentos conforme layout de pintura, assegurando as especificações e qualidade exigidas pelo cliente.;Realizar retoque final em produtos oriundo do processo ou avarias inspecionando visualmente, verificando o descritivo do produto, preparando a superfície a fim de garantir a qualidade do produto bem como atender aos prazos estabelecidos;Dar suporte técnico aos demais pintores da área;Realizar os apontamentos das ordens de produção;Verificação dos controles e ferramentas na linha e cabines, tais como temperatura, pressão, umidade, camada de pintura, viscosidade e manutenção autônoma;Realizar as atividades conforme instrução de trabalho, seguindo procedimentos e políticas da empresa;Manter a organização e limpeza do setor, máquinas e equipamentos utilizados;Garantir a qualidade do trabalho realizado durante todos os processos produtivos e contribuir para um ambiente seguro e preservar o espírito de trabalho em equipe;Executar outras atividades de mesma natureza e grau de complexidade sempre que solicitado pelo superior imediato. Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara se candidatar a esta vaga, você precisa ter os seguintes requisitos:Ensino fundamental concluído;Certificação/Conhecimento em Pintura Básica;Certificação de LID - Leitura e Interpretação de Desenho;Certificação de Metrologia.Informações adicionaisTurno de Trabalho:Turno 1 - Das 7h12min às 17hs.Turno 2 - Das 17h às 02h12.
