Responsável por todo o planejamento, programação, controle e registro de Ordens de Serviço (OS) relativas à manutenção preventiva, calibração, inspeção e limpeza de utilidades no sistema MAXIMO. Atua no controle rigoroso do backlog operacionais e dos KPIs de produtividade e aderência do plano, garantindo o correto dimensionamento das horas-homem (HH) do contrato. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e programar no sistema IBM MAXIMO todas as atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva programada dos ativos de utilidades.Programar e acompanhar os cronogramas de calibração de instrumentos de campo (transmissores, sensores, válvulas, manômetros, etc.)Efetuar a programação sistemática das coletas de amostras laboratoriais internas e externas de ETA e ETE conforme o plano anual e exigências legais.Dimensionar, analisar e consolidar a planilha de alocação de horas mensais por profissional x equipe com base na carga horária (158h ou 166h).Verificar a disponibilidade de peças de reposição, ferramentas e materiais antes de liberar a execução do serviço.Acertar com o setor produtivo os melhores momentos para desligar máquinas sem prejudicar as metas de entrega.Realizar o monitoramento contínuo dos indicadores contratuais de manutenção (meta de 96% de MP no prazo, 90% preventiva vs corretiva, etc.).Acompanhar relatórios de tempo de máquina parada (downtime) e ajustar cronogramas para evitar atrasos no backlog (serviços acumulados).Apoiar o cadastro técnico de ativos, planos de trabalho preventivo e checklists operacionais detalhados no sistema de manutenção.Emitir relatórios gerenciais e técnicos quinzenais e mensais, demonstrando o desempenho operacional e propondo ações corretivas de backlogs.Capacidade para emitir Notas Fiscais para envio de equipamentos para manutenção externa;Fazer a triagem, direcionamento e controle do backlog de ordens de serviço pendentes para o supervisor de manutenção alocar os técnicos.Fazer a requisição técnica de materiais, peças sobressalentes e contratações externas de serviços técnicos no sistema de suprimentos.Registrar e realizar o fechamento administrativo das Ordens de Serviço após a devida comprovação de execução e preenchimento dos checklists pelas equipes de campo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico completo em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Automação ou áreas correlatas.Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência profissional na área de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção (PCM) em ambiente industrial.Excel intermediário a avançado (fórmulas, Procv, tabelas dinâmicas).DesejávelDesejável formação superior em andamento em Engenharia, Administração ou afins.Experiência no manuseio diário de sistemas integrados de gestão de manutençãoInformações adicionais Assistência Médica Unimed / Assistência Odontológica Bradesco, PLR, Refeitório Local e Vale Alimentação, Vale Transporte, Fretado
