Responsável pelo planejamento integrado das atividades de manutenção de média e alta complexidade, abrangendo manutenção preventiva, preditiva, corretiva planejada, inspeções, lubrificação, melhorias, grandes intervenções e paradas programadas. Assegura a completa preparação das ordens de manutenção, incluindo definição de escopo, sequência executiva, recursos, mão de obra, materiais, ferramentas, serviços especializados, documentação técnica, requisitos de segurança, estimativas de HH, custos e cronogramas. Atua como referência técnica em planejamento e programação, gestão de backlog e SAP-PM, integrando Manutenção, Operação, Engenharia, Confiabilidade, Suprimentos, Almoxarifado, SSMA e empresas contratadas. Analisa indicadores, desvios e histórico de falhas, propondo melhorias nos planos de manutenção para elevar a confiabilidade, disponibilidade dos ativos, produtividade, segurança e eficiência de custos.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Planejar serviços de manutenção de média e alta complexidade, definindo escopo técnico, sequência executiva, especialidades, HH, duração, ferramentas, equipamentos, materiais, serviços externos, documentação e condições de liberação.2. Elaborar e revisar pacotes de trabalho (work packages) com listas de tarefas, procedimentos, desenhos, manuais, APR, requisitos de segurança, pontos de inspeção, critérios de aceitação e documentação aplicável.3. Gerenciar tecnicamente o backlog, classificando criticidade, prioridade, aging, prontidão, materiais pendentes, serviços externos e restrições, mantendo carteira executável compatível com a capacidade de manutenção.4. Conduzir o planejamento e suportar a programação semanal, alinhando com Operação a disponibilidade dos ativos e nivelando recursos internos e contratados para maximizar aderência e produtividade.5. Assegurar a qualidade dos dados no SAP-PM, incluindo notas, ordens, planos, listas de tarefas, locais de instalação, equipamentos, históricos, reservas, requisições e encerramentos técnicos.6. Planejar paradas programadas, grandes intervenções e serviços multidisciplinares, estruturando escopo, cronograma, sequenciamento, recursos, materiais, serviços, interfaces, restrições e prontidão para execução.7. Planejar e acompanhar materiais e serviços, emitindo reservas, requisições e solicitações de contratação, além de apoiar a definição de sobressalentes críticos conforme criticidade, consumo e lead time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Engenharia Mecanica, Eletrica, Química ou de Produção.Mínimo de 3 a 5 anos de experiência em planejamento  e de liderança direta de equipes em plantas químicas de grande porte (planta de ácido sulfúrico, acidulação ou fertilizantes e petroquímica).Normas Regulamentadoras Obrigatórias: NR-13 (Caldeiras, Vasos de Pressão e Tubulações), NR-33 (Espaços Confinados) e NR-35 (Trabalho em Altura), NR-10 e NR-12Pacote Office: word, excel e powerpoint.Conhecimento Avançado: MS Projet , SAP/PM ,mecânica, elétrica e instrumentação.Inglês: Nível IntermediárioInformações adicionais1.
