Estamos em busca de um(a) Planejador(a) Financeiro(a) para integrar nosso time e atuar na área comercial, no relacionamento e no desenvolvimento de clientes.Este profissional será responsável por conduzir o relacionamento com potenciais clientes, compreender suas necessidades e objetivos financeiros e atuar como principal ponte entre o cliente e a Mesa de Planejamento.Se você é comunicativo(a), proativo(a), possui perfil comercial, gosta de construir relacionamentos e é orientado(a) a resultados, essa é uma excelente oportunidade para desenvolver sua carreira no mercado financeiro.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no desenvolvimento de oportunidades comerciais e relacionamento com potenciais clientes;Realizar contatos e conduzir reuniões com potenciais e atuais clientes;Compreender o momento, as necessidades e os objetivos financeiros de cada cliente;Construir e manter relacionamento próximo e de longo prazo;Fazer a ponte entre o cliente e a Mesa de Planejamento, direcionando as informações e necessidades identificadas;Acompanhar o desenvolvimento das demandas junto à Mesa de Planejamento;Apresentar e conduzir o cliente na compreensão das estratégias desenvolvidas;Realizar follow-ups e acompanhar a evolução dos clientes;Identificar novas oportunidades a partir do relacionamento com a carteira;Organizar e gerenciar a rotina de contatos, reuniões e acompanhamento de clientes;Atuar com foco em relacionamento, conversão e desenvolvimento de carteira.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExcelente comunicação verbal e habilidade para conduzir reuniões;Perfil comercial, consultivo e orientado a resultados;Facilidade para construir relacionamentos e gerar conexão com clientes;Organização, autonomia e disciplina para gestão da rotina;Interesse pelo mercado financeiro e vontade de se desenvolver na área;Graduação em Economia, Administração de Empresas ou areas correlatas será considerada um diferencial;Experiência prévia na área financeira será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimentos ou certificações relacionadas ao mercado financeiro serão considerados um diferencial.
