Transforme planejamento em resultados e contribua para a evolução dos nossos projetos! 📊Se você tem perfil analítico, organização e gosta de atuar com planejamento, controle de indicadores e acompanhamento de projetos, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Como Analista de Planejamento de Projetos, você atuará no acompanhamento de demandas operacionais, análise de resultados e apoio no planejamento estratégico da área, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinição de Escopo: Coleta e análise de requisitos, estruturando o escopo do projeto, garantindo clareza, rastreabilidade e alinhamento com os objetivos da empresa.Recursos e Custos: Apoiar na previsão de recursos físicos e humanos necessários, além da elaboração do orçamento base do projeto.Governança de projetos: Organizar informações, atuar na confecção e atualização de cronograma, conduzir rituais (reuniões e comitês) e garantir alinhamento entre partes envolvidas.Priorização de demandas: conduzir mudanças na priorização do backlog, de acordo com as necessidades da Companhia e a disponibilidade de recursos.Gestão de indicadores e resultados: Elaborar relatórios de status, produtividade, despesas e investimentos, apresentando resultados da área.Padronização de Processos: Garantir que todos os projetos sigam a metodologia de gestão, definida pelo PMO, promovendo melhoria contínua de processos e documentos internos.Análise de resultados: Analisar resultados obtidos, organizar e arquivar lições aprendidas em cada projeto e verificar a necessidade de novas ações.Gestão de Processos Internos: Conduzir o mapeamento, organização e controle dos processos internos, assegurando padronização e eficiência nas rotinas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Administração, Engenharias (Produção, Telecomunicações) ou áreas afins.Pacote Office intermediário.Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos (ex: MS Project, Primavera, Monday ou similares).Conhecimento guia PMBOK.Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, Scrum, Kanban ou similares.Domínio em Gestão de Projetos.Conhecimento em análise e interpretação de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) aplicados a projetos.Competências comportamentais:Capacidade analítica: Interpretação de dados e indicadores para suporte à tomada de decisão.Organização e planejamento: Estruturação de cronogramas, processos e controle de demandas.Visão sistêmica: Entendimento da relação entre projetos, recursos e resultados da área.Comunicação e relacionamento: Interface eficiente entre áreas internas e parceiros.Proatividade e foco em resultados: Capacidade de identificar oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar a evolução dos projetos.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho 🕛:Segunda a sexta de 8h às 18h.Conheça nossos benefícios 🥰:Vale-Refeição ou Vale-Alimentação;Assistência médica e odontológica;Wellhub;Descontos em planos de Internet;Vale-Transporte;Seguro de vida;Auxílio Creche;Auxílio para dependente PCD;Desconto no Deezer;Acesso gratuito ao aplicativo Skeelo: estante virtual com mais de 250 mil livros.Tá esperando o que?
