Buscamos Analista de Planejamento Sênior para atuar diretamente com o gerente da área, estruturando o pensamento estratégico por trás das ações de comunicação, conteúdo e marca da empresa. A posição é responsável por fazer parte da transformação de objetivos de negócio em direcionamento claro para as áreas de criação, mídia e conteúdo, com base em dados, benchmarking, entendimento de público e uma dose saudável de "por que será que esse post bombou e o outro, idêntico, não saiu do lugar?".Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturar, em conjunto com a liderança da área, briefings estratégicos para campanhas e iniciativas de comunicação, traduzindo objetivos de negócio em direcionamento criativo e de conteúdo.Conduzir pesquisas de mercado, benchmarking de concorrência e análise de tendências de comportamento e consumo de mídia, transformando-os em insights e recomendações para os projetos.Contribuir para a definição de indicadores estratégicos e acompanhar os resultados por meio de análises e relatórios periódicos.Apoiar a construção e evolução do posicionamento de marca e da narrativa institucional.Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de atendimento, criação, conteúdo, mídia e dados, contribuindo para a consistência das entregas.Elaborar apresentações organizando dados, análises e insights de forma clara e consistente.Acompanhar resultados de campanhas e ações identificando aprendizados e oportunidades de melhoria, sob direcionamento da liderança.Participar de reuniões e apresentações com clientes, contribuindo com análises, repertório e fundamentação estratégica.Utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial de forma crítica e responsável no apoio de todo o trabalho.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Comunicação, Marketing, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em planejamento estratégico de comunicação, marketing ou publicidade (agência ou cliente).Domínio de ferramentas de análise de dados e apresentação (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides).Vivência com análise de concorrência e leitura de indicadores de performance.Capacidade de estruturar raciocínio estratégico de forma clara, tanto por escrito quanto em apresentações.Boa articulação interpessoal para interlocução com múltiplas áreas e níveis hierárquicos.Mentalidade direcionada para a construção de resultados tangíveis (como aumento de vendas, geração de leads, etc.) sem deixar a criatividade de lado.Curiosidade acima da média: se você já perdeu 40 minutos pesquisando por que um concorrente mudou de identidade visual, essa vaga tem a ver contigo.DiferenciaisExperiência em empresas ou agências com forte atuação em conteúdo digital e produção audiovisual.Conhecimento de métricas de mídia social e comportamento de audiência em vídeo.Inglês intermediário/avançado.Ser do tipo que assiste a um anúncio até o fim só para entender a estratégia por trás, mesmo sem querer comprar nada.
