Realizar atividades administrativas em seu plantão de trabalho, como: receber FAX de vagas; transferir pacientes; solicitar ambulância para remoção de pacientes; recepcionar médicos quando o mesmo não pertencer ao corpo clínico; acompanhar familiares no reconhecimento de óbito bem como providenciar sua liberação; controlar a escala médica do hospital, visando dar suporte a todas as áreas do hospital bem como a familiares e pacientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber documentos, referente à solicitação de vagas no hospital, alimentando em planilha de indicadores, as solicitações aceitas, indevidas e negadas e verificar as vagas existentes;Solicitar autorização para contratação de ambulância UTI, junto a Diretoria;Transferir pacientes para outros hospitais, em casos de: falta de vaga, especialidade não disponível ou transferência para convênios ou particulares;Recepcionar o médico quando o mesmo não pertencer ao corpo clínico do hospital, e solicitar o preenchimento de cadastro próprio;Recepcionar e acompanhar escolta policial, em casos de pacientes sob poder da justiça;Conferir diariamente a escala médica do hospital, informando a Diretoria e Coordenadores quando da ausência de algum médico;Acompanhar familiares para reconhecimento de óbito e liberação do mesmo no necrotério do hospital;Informar a Central de Equipamentos, a quantidade de equipamentos quebrados ou com defeitos, bem como as áreas onde os mesmos estão locados;Orientar e direcionar os pacientes que se encaminham ao Serviço Social e SAC, fora do horário comercial, visando esclarecer dúvidas, sempre que possível.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo ou em andamento em área Administrativa;Necessário experiência no atendimento ao público;Conhecimento em informática nível usuário.
