Assessorar a gestão da Unidade na ausência deste, realizando interface com Gestor e demais equipes, acompanhando o processo de trabalho e direcionamento de fluxo, assim como mantendo a Gestão informada de toda e qualquer situação de não conformidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a interface entre o Gestor e os profissionais do período de ausência deste;Manter o Gestor informado de toda e qualquer situação ou não conformidade;Fornecer informações, quando solicitado pelos empregados, conforme padronização da Instituição;Verificar a escala e presença física de toda a equipe no início do plantão;Acompanhar a assinatura correta da folha de frequência de toda a equipe inclusive dos prestadores;Fiscalizar, em tempo integral, a permanência de toda a equipe escalada, assim como os horários de refeições;Verificar a utilização de uniforme e crachá em local visível, bem como apresentação em conformidade com as normas da segurança do trabalho;Verificar frequência e prestação de serviços das equipes terceirizadas (limpeza, ambulância etc.), de acordo com termos contratuais e proceder conforme normas pré-estabelecidas, no caso de não conformidades;Solicitar às Lideranças autorizações para cobertura de plantões, quando necessário;Solucionar problemas que envolvam pendências e dificuldades de relacionamento com os profissionais da área da saúde ou de serviços de apoio;Registrar em relatório os apontamentos para a Gerência;Identificar necessidade de manutenção de equipamentos e relatar em formulário específico ao Analista Administrativo;Emitir relatórios conforme solicitação da gestão da Unidade;Acompanhar o trabalho dos Auxiliares Administrativos, efetuando cobertura do horário de jantar e almoço quando necessário;Auxiliar Equipe Médica na inserção dos pacientes no sistema;Agendar de exames e consultas quando necessário;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais - LGPD;Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas ou Hospitalar ou Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência mínima de 06 (seis) meses comprovada nas rotinas administrativas em Unidade Hospitalar.Informações adicionaisHorário: Escala 12x36, com disponibilidade para atuar nos turnos das 07h às 19h e/ou das 19h às 07h.Unidade: Hospital Amparo Maternal: Rua Loefgren, 1901.Benefícios e Parcerias:Refeitório no local;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.Profissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.(220 horas semanais)
