A Unidade de Pronto Atendimento - UPA 24h é um dos componentes da Política Nacional de Atenção às Urgências do Ministério da Saúde, e integra a rede de serviços pré-hospitalares fixos para o atendimento às urgências.

Presta atendimento a pacientes com condições clínicas graves e não graves, além de prestar o primeiro atendimento a casos cirúrgicos e traumáticos, estabilizando os pacientes e realizando a avaliação diagnóstica inicial para definição da conduta e, quando necessário, o encaminhamento para unidades de referência.

 A UPA opera ininterruptamente, 24 horas por dia, todos os dias da semana, com uma equipe multiprofissional adaptada às demandas específicas de cada região, encaminhando os pacientes para internação em hospitais de retaguarda.

O componente concentra os atendimentos de saúde de complexidade intermediária, integrando-se com a atenção básica, hospitalar, domiciliar e o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência - SAMU 192.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na interface entre a gestão e as equipes durante os períodos de ausência do gestor, acompanhando escalas, assiduidade, permanência e conduta dos profissionais. Monitorar o cumprimento das normas institucionais, utilização de uniforme e crachá, frequência de equipes terceirizadas e cobertura de plantões. Identificar e comunicar não conformidades, necessidades de manutenção e demais ocorrências à gestão, elaborando relatórios e registros. Apoiar a resolução de conflitos e demandas dos profissionais, auxiliar nas atividades administrativas e médicas, como inserção de pacientes no sistema e agendamento de exames e consultas, além de acompanhar o trabalho dos auxiliares administrativos. Garantir o cumprimento das políticas institucionais, normas de integridade e LGPD.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração de Empresas, Hospitalar, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 6 meses como líder, supervisor ou coordenador de equipe na área de recepção hospitalar.Informações adicionaisHorário: Escala 12x36, diurno e noturno.
