O projeto engloba uma ampla infraestrutura de hospitalidade e serviços, incluindo hotéis, centro de convenções e áreas residenciais, tudo conectado por experiências imersivas inspiradas no universo do chocolate.Com inauguração prevista para 2027 e investimento de aproximadamente R$ 2 bilhões, o Cacau Park nasce com a ambição de se posicionar entre os maiores destinos de entretenimento da América Latina.E é aqui que entra o seu papel.Estamos em busca de um(a) PMO que será responsável por orquestrar a integração de todas as frentes do projeto, garantindo que estratégia, execução e experiência caminhem juntas até a entrega final.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê será o elo entre todas as engrenagens desse ecossistema :Desenvolvimento do plano do projeto, incluindo as metas, escopo, cronograma, orçamento, e recursos necessários. Bem como as bases para o sucesso do projeto;Acompanhamento do progresso do projeto, monitoramento e cumprimento dos prazos e do orçamento, identificação e resolução de problemas e desvios, garantindo e as atividades sejam concluídas dentro dos requisitos e padrões estabelecidosConectar áreas como marketing, operações, TI, jurídico, RH, parcerias e eventos;Garantir alinhamento entre decisões, prazos, custos e qualidade;Antecipar riscos, impactos e dependências entre frentes;Apoiar a construção da jornada do cliente e das experiências do parque;Atuar na interface com tecnologia, marcas e parceiros estratégicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento de metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban);Conhecimento em mapeamento de processos Gestão de risco;Conhecimento de ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos (MS Project e Curva S);Experiência como PMO em projetos complexos e multidisciplinares;Vivência em projetos de grande porte (ex: parques, grandes eventos, infraestrutura); Forte capacidade de articulação e influência;Visão sistêmica com perfil executor.Informações adicionaisSeguro de Vida;Restaurante na empresa.
