Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como PMO de um projeto estratégico de Reforma Tributária, apoiando a organização e coordenação das diferentes frentes de trabalho;Participar de reuniões estratégicas e multidisciplinares, compreendendo os principais temas, decisões, necessidades e impactos discutidos;Traduzir as discussões realizadas nas reuniões em planos de ação estruturados, com definição de responsáveis, prazos e próximos passos;Estruturar, organizar e acompanhar cronogramas, atividades, entregas e dependências do projeto;Realizar follow-up com os diferentes stakeholders, garantindo a evolução das atividades e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Conectar as diferentes áreas envolvidas no projeto, incluindo Tributário, Tecnologia, Negócios, Suprimentos, RH e demais áreas da companhia;Identificar pendências, riscos, dependências e possíveis gargalos, atuando de forma proativa para apoiar a evolução das diferentes frentes;Elaborar sumários executivos das discussões, decisões, responsabilidades e próximos passos definidos ao longo do projeto;Consolidar informações das diferentes frentes e elaborar materiais e reports de acompanhamento para as lideranças;Apoiar a governança do projeto, garantindo organização, visibilidade e acompanhamento das principais iniciativas relacionadas à implementação da Reforma Tributária.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa;Experiência prévia em PMO, Gestão de Projetos, Transformation Office ou posições correlatas;Vivência na condução e acompanhamento de projetos complexos e multidisciplinares;Experiência na estruturação e gestão de cronogramas, planos de ação, entregas, responsáveis e prazos;Capacidade de conduzir follow-ups e interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis de senioridade;Experiência na elaboração de sumários executivos, reports e materiais de acompanhamento de projetos;Conhecimentos ou experiência em projetos relacionados a Tributário, Reforma Tributária, Finanças, Tecnologia ou transformação empresarial serão considerados diferenciais;Experiência em consultorias, Big Four ou ambientes corporativos de alta complexidade será considerada um diferencial;Excelente capacidade de organização, comunicação e articulação;Facilidade para compreender discussões complexas e transformá-las em ações objetivas;Perfil hands-on, com alto nível de autonomia, protagonismo e iniciativa;Maturidade e jogo de cintura para navegar entre diferentes stakeholders e conduzir o projeto com baixa necessidade de direcionamento.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido (3 dias presenciais);Tempo de contrato: 06 (seis) meses, com possibilidade de renovação;Modelo de Contrato: PJ;Linha de reporte: Diretoria Tributária.
