Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Consultor(a) de Projetos (PMO SAP) Pleno para apoiar a governança e o acompanhamento de projetos, atuando próximo aos gestores e fazendo a conexão entre equipes, processos e stakeholders.Se você tem experiência em PMO de projetos SAP, domina ferramentas de gestão e gosta de transformar informações em decisões mais claras e eficientes, essa vaga é para você!

Requisitos e qualificações🚀 No dia a dia, você irá:Apoiar gerentes de projetos na gestão e nos controles internos.Monitorar cronogramas, escopo, custos, riscos e qualidade.Controlar capacidade, demandas e portfólio de projetos.Padronizar metodologias, processos e ferramentas de gestão.Elaborar indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e dashboards.Conduzir reuniões de status, comitês e interfaces com stakeholders.✅ ObrigatóriosEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com gestão ou acompanhamento de projetos SAP.Experiência com cronogramas, escopo, custos, riscos, capacidade e/ou governança de projetos.Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis e tradicionais, incluindo Scrum, Kanban e conceitos do PMBOK.Experiência com Jira, Confluence e MS Project.Experiência com indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e dashboards utilizando Power BI.Excel avançado para controles, análises e consolidação de dados de projetos.⭐ DiferenciaisInglês intermediário ou avançado.Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos.Certificação PSM I ou CSM.Certificação PMI-ACP.
