Requisitos e qualificações Conhecimentos Específicos/Habilidades:

Familiaridade com OKRs, Metodologia ágil, Kanban, Scrum, métricas e técnicas de priorização de produto (backlog), WSJF.Noções de machine learning e inteligência artificial aplicada a dados (desejável).Conhecimento do negócio como CRM, E-commerce (desejável)Conhecimento das necessidades de tagueamento e coleta de dados comportamentais utilizando, ex.: Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, etc. (desejável).Experiência com governança de dados, qualidade e catalogação (desejável).Capacidade de performar com baixa ou nenhuma supervisão das atividades.Capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão baseada em dados.Capacidade de leitura de contexto para identificar oportunidades e fazer gestão dos conflitos e expectativas.Comunicação clara e eficaz com stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos.Liderança colaborativa e influência sem autoridade.Proatividade, pensamento crítico, senso de dono e adaptabilidade. Formação/Experiência:

Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Estatística, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Mínimo de 3 a 5 anos de atuação como PO, Analista de Dados, Engenheiro de Dados ou funções similares.Experiência em projetos de produtos de dados voltados para áreas de negócio.Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e técnicas de priorização de backlog.Experiência em projetos com foco em dados, analytics ou engenharia de dados, tendo atuado em ambientes que possuem Data Lake, Data Mesh, etc. (desejável).
