Venha trabalhar em uma das maiores empresas especializadas em assistência à aviação no país! ✈️💙 A dnata Brasil opera em 30 aeroportos, garantindo que todos os voos recebam o melhor atendimento com o máximo de agilidade; nossas equipes são reconhecidas pela dedicação, profissionalismo, ética, qualidade e expertise apresentados; somos 100% dedicados ao cumprimento de nossas funções.Globalmente, a dnata foi fundada em 1959 em Dubai, possui mais de 46.000 funcionários divididos em 38 países nos 6 continentes, com atuação em 136 aeroportos e auxiliando mais de 347 clientes.O Operador de Equipamentos ficará responsável por realizar a operação de atendimento de rampa (movimentação de equipamentos motorizados ou não, embarque e desembarque de passageiros cadeirantes, transporte de bagagens e cargas entre as áreas operacionais do aeroporto) em aeronaves com segurança, qualidade e pontualidade, garantindo eficiência no processo e colaborando para a construção da percepção do cliente quanto aos serviços prestados pela empresa no que tange ao transporte de bagagens, cargas e pontualidade dos voos.Esta é uma vaga exclusiva para o Aeroporto de POA!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOperar os equipamentos de rampa, realizando a movimentação segura de equipamentos rebocáveis no que tange a logística de preparação de box para atendimento dos voos com equipamentos necessários de acordo com a disponibilidade, levando-se em consideração o load fator, turnaroud da aeronave, distribuição de cargas e bagagens nos porões;Disponibilizar os equipamentos de GPU, ACU e LPU sempre que a aeronave estiver com APU inoperante e/ou para a execução do projeto smart fuel;Realizar o transporte de bagagem e cargas entre variadas áreas de cada aeroporto que estão embarcando, desembarcando ou em conexão;Garantir a segurança de todos durante o atendimento operacional;Garantir a transferência das bagagens de conexão imediata (HOT), para as outas aeronaves;Recolher os equipamentos do box após o termino do atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCarteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) tipo D/E.Visão analítica e sistemática, para tomadas de decisões;Disponibilidade de horário;Conhecimento em processo de atendimento ao cliente;Nos aspectos físicos exigem-se coordenação motora ampla e fina, destreza, articulação dos membros superiores e dos inferiores, postura variável para desenvolvimento de suas atividades, rotação e flexão do tronco e esforço físico, locomoção e deambulação para desenvolvimento das tarefas.Nos aspectos sensoriais exigem-se acuidade visual para condução dos veículos (atividade regulamentada pelo CTB – código de trânsito brasileiro) e percepção auditiva para detecção de sinais sonoros emergenciais.Nos aspectos neuropsíquicos exigem-se atenção, concentração, habilidade organizacional, criatividade, interpretação de dados e iniciativa para solução de situações causais.Informações adicionaisEstamos sempre em busca de novos talentos, então faça o seu cadastro e venha fazer parte do time dnata Brasil!
