O enfermeiro é o profissional da equipe de saúde mais preparado a assumir a coordenação do planejamento dos cuidados dos pacientes, atuando em diversas áreas e desempenhando um papel importante na promoção, prevenção, recuperação e reabilitação da saúde.Salário: R$ 3.105,00Jornada: 180h Modalidade: PresencialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a avaliação clínica de pacientes internados, coletando dados sobre histórico de saúde, sinais vitais e sintomas, registrando todos em sistema, a fim de registrar todas as informações colhidas;   Realizar procedimentos técnicos como curativos, sondagens, coleta de exames laboratoriais, entre outros, realizando corretamente todas as evoluções de enfermagem e escalas de cuidados, dentro do sistema MV, a fim de garantir as informações e extrair relatórios; Supervisionar a equipe de técnicos de enfermagem, assegurando que as atividades sejam realizadas conforme os protocolos e normas estabelecidas, a fim de manter a linha de cuidados uniforme para todos os pacientes;       Planejar e elaborar escalas diária de trabalho, garantindo a cobertura de todos os turnos e ajustar conforme ausências programadas ou imprevistas;                          Desenvolver planos de cuidados individuais, em colaboração com a equipe médica e equipe multidisciplinar, com objetivo de pontuar as necessidades de cada paciente e monitorar a evolução do plano de cuidados ajustando conforme necessário;                            Elaborar e manter registros detalhados sobre a evolução clínica dos pacientes e as intervenções realizadas, elaborando os relatórios de atividades, apontando situações que requerem atenção, visando melhorias nos processos assistenciais;Realizar demais atividades inerentes ao cargo. Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Enfermagem;Registro regular junto ao Conselho Profissional;Pacote Office Básico;Desejável experiência em Hemodiálise.Informações adicionaisVale-Refeição;DayOff.
