The posting

Responsável pela execução das atividades na guarita, fiscalizando a entrada e saída de caminhões de carga e descarga de produtos agrícolas, ônibus, funcionários e visitantes, bem como identificando e orientando fornecedores e clientes sobre as normas internas da empresa e encaminhando aos setores responsáveis, visando o controle da movimentação de pessoas e veículos dentro da unidade agrícola.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFiscalizar a movimentação dos caminhões de carga e descarga de produtos e insumos agrícolas, identificando os veículos e/ou mercadorias e registrando as informações de entrada e saída.

Conferir, ao final do processo, o físico com o sistema da balança, a fim de evitar divergências de volumes e produtos na entrada e saída das cargas.

Fiscalizar a entrada e saída de funcionários e visitantes na unidade agrícola, observando a passagem de veículos da empresa devidamente identificados.

Controlar a visita de clientes e fornecedores, impedindo o livre acesso às dependências da unidade agrícola.

Identificar e orientar os visitantes na entrada da unidade agrícola, confirmando os setores a serem visitados e prestando informações sobre as normas internas da empresa.

Encaminhar os visitantes corretamente aos locais de interesse, conforme autorização e setor a ser visitado.

Manter a organização e conservação do local e dos equipamentos, realizando a limpeza e recolhendo materiais utilizados.

Cumprir as normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente aplicáveis às atividades.

Participar de reuniões quando convocado pelo superior imediato, inteirando-se das necessidades e metas estabelecidas.

Informar sobre as atividades e resultados dos trabalhos, relatando eventuais ocorrências, problemas ou possibilidades de acontecimentos.

Participar de palestras, cursos e treinamentos internos promovidos pela empresa, buscando adquirir conhecimentos adicionais para executar suas atividades de forma eficiente e eficaz.

Cumprir as normas de qualidade, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente, executando as atividades de acordo com os procedimentos e orientações estabelecidos pela empresa.
