Responsabilidades e atribuições✅ Controle de Acesso: Monitorar a entrada e saída de alunos, funcionários, pais e visitantes, garantindo que apenas pessoas autorizadas tenham acesso à escola.✅ Segurança do Ambiente Escolar: Zelar pela segurança no portão e nas áreas de acesso, prevenindo situações de risco e reportando ocorrências à gestão da escola.✅ Atendimento ao Público: Recepcionar visitantes com cordialidade, prestando informações básicas e direcionando-os aos setores corretos.✅ Identificação e Registro: Realizar a identificação de visitantes e manter registros organizados sobre o fluxo de pessoas no ambiente escolar.✅ Orientação e Monitoramento: Orientar alunos e familiares sobre horários, procedimentos de entrada e saída e regras da escola.✅ Suporte em Eventos: Atuar no controle de acesso durante eventos escolares, garantindo o bom fluxo de pessoas e o cumprimento das normas de segurança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:Ensino médio completo.Experiência anterior:Experiência em controle de acesso, vigilância ou funções relacionadas é desejável, especialmente em ambientes educacionais.Habilidades de comunicação:Boa comunicação verbal para interagir com pais, alunos, funcionários e visitantes de forma clara e cordial.Atenção e vigilância:Capacidade de observar e identificar situações atípicas, garantindo a segurança no ambiente escolar.Organização e disciplina:Habilidade para seguir procedimentos e registrar informações de forma organizada.Cordialidade e empatia:Postura acolhedora e educada, adequada ao ambiente escolar, com habilidade para lidar com crianças e adolescentes.Habilidade com tecnologia básica:Familiaridade com sistemas simples de controle de acesso, interfone e outras ferramentas tecnológicas, além de disposição para aprender.
