Atuar na função de educador, mostrando o caminho e servindo como guia, estimulando o raciocínio e a postura ativa. Planejar, controlar o processo de aprendizagem e analisar o desempenho.PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES / RESPONSABILIDADES: Buscar a integração da teoria e da prática; união entre educação e saúde, passando para o aluno um equilíbrio entre a formação científica oferecida pelas faculdades e o desenvolvimento das competências indispensáveis para a atividade.  Acompanhar o Fisioterapeuta continuamente, oferecendo orientação para que ele aprimore suas habilidades técnicas e competências essenciais, além de treinar seus conhecimentos.   Ensinar o recém-graduado a clinicar, em situações reais, por meio de instruções formais, respondendo pelo seu desenvolvimento profissional.  Contribuir para a formação dos valores do novo profissional. ajudando a integrar os conceitos da escola e do trabalho de maneira a oferecer a melhor assistência à saúde da população.  Aconselhar, inspirar e influenciar o crescimento pessoal dos novos Fisioterapeutas, sendo peça importante na formação ética da nova geração de profissionais da saúde.  Auxiliar o novo Fisioterapeuta a perceber suas potencialidades e fraquezas profissionais e pessoais, influenciando na escolha da especialidade e despertando o interesse e motivação dos seus residentes para uma educação continuada.   Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Obrigatório curso Superior completo Fisioterapia.    Informações adicionaisHorário de Trabalho: VAGA 1: Segunda (8h as 16h30) e Quinta (8h as 16h30) > totalizando 60h/mêsVAGA 2: Terça (8h as 16h30), Quarta (8h as 16h30) e Quinta (8h as 16h30) > totalizando 90h/mêsBenefícios:Plano de Saúde;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;Convênio Farmácia;Auxílio Creche;Resgate Sul;Totalpass (descontos em academias da rede credenciada);Bolsa de Estudo;
