Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê irá... Atuar como Tech Lead da Plataforma de Dados, sendo referência em decisões técnicas e arquiteturais.Definir e evoluir a arquitetura considerando escalabilidade, segurança, performance, disponibilidade e custos.Avaliar tecnologias, padrões e riscos arquiteturais, apoiando projetos de médio e longo prazo.Atuar na arquitetura e operação do ambiente AWS, incluindo S3, EMR, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation e IAM.Garantir segurança, disponibilidade, eficiência e otimização de custos da infraestrutura.Evoluir a arquitetura de Data Lake/Lakehouse, atuando com S3, Delta Lake, Spark/PySpark, Airflow e dbt.Apoiar ingestão, processamento e armazenamento de grandes volumes de dados.Evoluir práticas de Data Governance, gestão de acessos e políticas de segurança.Atuar com Lake Formation, IAM, Data Contracts, catálogo e OpenMetadata.Garantir a evolução, sustentação e confiabilidade da plataforma em produção.Atuar na resolução preventiva e corretiva de problemas de performance, disponibilidade e infraestrutura, além de observabilidade e monitoramento.Apoiar Engenharia de Dados, Data Science, BI, Produto e demais consumidores em decisões relacionadas à plataforma.Ser a ponte técnica entre os projetos e a infraestrutura de dados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesProcuramos pessoas com… Experiência sólida em Engenharia, Plataforma ou Arquitetura de Dados.Conhecimento avançado em AWS, especialmente S3, EMR, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, IAM, Airbyte, CDC e CI/CD - gerenciamento de repositórios GitHub.Experiência com Data Lake/Lakehouse e processamento de grandes volumes de dados.Experiência em ambientes produtivos, sustentação e arquitetura distribuída.Capacidade de tomar decisões considerando performance, escalabilidade, segurança, disponibilidade e custos.Experiência como liderança técnica, influenciando decisões sem gestão direta de pessoas.Boa comunicação e interação com times técnicos e de negócio.Será legal se você tiver... Experiência com ClickHouse, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch e Delta Lake.Conhecimento de Airflow, dbt e OpenMetadata.Experiência com Data Contracts e FinOps.Vivência como Tech Lead, Data Architect ou Data Platform Engineer.Experiência na construção e evolução de plataformas de dados em escala.
