Como monitor(a), você atuará no suporte pedagógico aos nossos alunos e no auxílio ao corpo docente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSanar dúvidas de conteúdos trazidos pelos alunos, auxiliando no processo de aprendizagem e fixação das matérias;Realizar plantões de tira-dúvidas voltados para os principais instrumentos avaliativos (Estudos Orientados, Testes e Provas);Realizar a resolução guiada de questões dos principais exames e vestibulares (ENEM, UERJ, FUVEST, entre outros);Elaborar, corrigir e entregar as listas e questões de exercícios pedagógicos;Conduzir aulas e encontros específicos alinhados ao calendário das Olimpíadas do Conhecimento (ex: Canguru de Matemática, OBA, OBMEP, Redação Interanglo, Olimpíada do Oceano, etc.);Realizar o monitoramento e controle de frequência dos estudantes nos plantões e atividades;Cumprir a rotina de observação de aulas (3h semanais) acompanhando o professor orientador, visando seu próprio desenvolvimento e alinhamento metodológico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar regularmente matriculado(a) em curso de Licenciatura ou Bacharelado;Conhecimento atualizado do modelo e estilo de provas dos principais vestibulares (ENEM, UERJ, FUVEST) será um diferencial;Didática e clareza na comunicação;Empatia e paciência;Organização e gestão do tempo;Proatividade e vontade de aprender;Pontualidade;Boa relação interpessoal.Informações adicionaisAs atribuições específicas e a carga horária em cada frente pedagógica podem variar de acordo com a disciplina de atuação.
