Descripción del PuestoBuscamos un Analista de Soporte Técnico proactivo y orientado a resultados para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones e Infraestructura en Buenos Aires. El candidato ideal será responsable de brindar soporte de segundo nivel, asegurar la disponibilidad de la red, resolver incidentes complejos de conectividad y comunicarse de forma efectiva con proveedores internacionales y equipos globales.

Responsibilities and AttributionsResponsabilidades PrincipalesAtención y Resolución de Incidentes: Atender, diagnosticar y resolver incidentes técnicos de Nivel 2 escalados por la mesa de ayuda (Nivel 1).Gestión y Diagnóstico de Redes: Monitorear y solucionar problemas de enrutamiento, conmutación, VLANs e infraestructura de conectividad (IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, MPLS).Atención a Clientes y Proveedores: Realizar seguimiento de enlaces críticos, análisis de SLA y comunicación directa con proveedores internacionales de telecomunicaciones.Soporte a Equipamiento Multi-marca: Configurar, administrar y reemplazar equipamiento de red de marcas como Cisco, Huawei, MikroTik, Juniper y Datacom.Mantenimiento Programado: Participar en ventanas de mantenimiento nocturnas/programadas para actualizaciones de firmware, balanceo de cargas y cambios de topología.Documentación Técnica: Documentar procedimientos, topologías y reportar incidentes en herramientas de ticketing en inglés y español.

Requisites and QualificationsFormación y ExperienciaEstudiante avanzado o graduado en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Electrónica, Tecnicatura en Redes o carreras afines.Mínimo de 1 a 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico de redes, entornos de ISP, centros de operaciones de red (NOC) o infraestructura TI.

Addtional InformationsInglés Intermedio / Conversacional (Excluyente): Capacidad para mantener llamadas técnicas, participar en reuniones operativas globales, redactar correos de escalamiento y registrar tickets en inglés fluido.Protocolos de Red: Dominio de modelo OSI, TCP/IP, direccionamiento IPv4 / IPv6, OSPF, BGP, MPLS y VLANs (802.1Q).Hardware & Sistemas Operativos: Experiencia en configuración de routers y switches (Cisco IOS/NX-OS, RouterOS/MikroTik, Huawei VRP) e infraestructura Linux.Monitoreo: Manejo de herramientas de supervisión como Zabbix, PRTG o Grafana.Deseables (Plus)Certificaciones de industria: CCNA (Cisco), MTCNA/MTCRE (MikroTik), HCIA (Huawei) o equivalentes.Conocimientos en automatización y scripting con Python o bash.Experiencia en redes de acceso de fibra óptica (GPON / FTTH).
