Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e AtribuiçõesProduzir projetos audiovisuais, realizando toda a fase de pré-produção na redação.Realizar contato com locadoras de equipamentos, estúdios e locações.Agendar convidados, influenciadores e profissionais freelancers para gravações.Auxiliar na elaboração de orçamentos de produções em vídeo solicitados pelo time de projetos.Apoiar a logística completa das produções audiovisuais.Acompanhar todas as etapas do ciclo de produção, da pré-produção à entrega final, trabalhando em conjunto com a equipe técnica.Organizar a agenda da equipe técnica.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Formação Acadêmica: Superior completo em Comunicação (Rádio e TV, Cinema, Produção Audiovisual, Jornalismo, Produção Cultural, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas).Experiência Profissional: Atuação prévia em produção audiovisual focada no ambiente digital (YouTube, publicidade, documentários, entrevistas, reportagens ou eventos).Gestão de Projetos e Ferramentas: Domínio de ferramentas de gestão como Trello, Asana, Monday ou similares.Pacote de Escritório: Domínio do Pacote Office e Google Workspace, com foco em planilhas para controle de produção e orçamento.Ferramentas de Edição Rápida: Experiência com Canva e CapCut para demandas pontuais e urgentes.Idioma: Inglês em nível básico.Networking: Ampla rede de contatos com especialistas, influenciadores, técnicos e fornecedores do segmento.Mercado: Conhecimento do mercado digital e afinidade com produtos e formatos audiovisuais digitais.Requisitos Desejáveis e Diferenciais:Edição de Vídeo: Conhecimentos em edição de vídeo e domínio do software Adobe Premiere.Histórico de Atuação: Experiência prévia em produtoras, emissoras de TV, jornais ou emissoras de rádio.Competências Comportamentais e Habilidades:Organização, planejamento e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.Proatividade, senso de urgência, responsabilidade com prazos e pontualidade.Olhar analítico sobre conteúdo e foco nas expectativas do cliente.Habilidade para propor soluções, ideias inovadoras e resolver problemas com resiliência.Excelente relacionamento interpessoal, comunicação, colaboração e trabalho em equipe.Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade a diferentes formatos de trabalho.
