Analisar dados de uso do produto (adoção, conversão, retenção) para embasar decisões. Definir fluxos de experiência completos, incluindo caminhos de sucesso, erro e exceções. Criar protótipos navegáveis em HTML utilizando ferramentas de IA como Claude e Cursor. Escrever especificações claras e bem estruturadas no Jira, acompanhadas de protótipo e contexto de negócio. Liderar uma squad de produto, sendo a pessoa responsável por alinhar o time em torno do problema, da solução e do resultado esperado. Colaborar com devs e Tech Lead desde o início da solução, co-criando ao invés de pensar em waterfall. Comunicar progresso, riscos e resultados para a liderança de forma proativa e estruturada.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em produto digital como PM, Designer ou profissional de tecnologia em times multidisciplinares. Fluência básica em dados: consultar métricas, interpretar resultados e comunicar com clareza. Capacidade de definir fluxos de UX completos cobrindo happy path, unhappy path e edge cases. Disposição para prototipar com IA em alta fidelidade. Não é preciso dominar HTML, mas querer aprender faz parte. Boa comunicação e capacidade de interação com pessoas de todos os níveis. Informações adicionaisPara se destacar nesta posição, seria legal se você também tivesse:  Experiência empreendedora (Como um projeto pessoal, participação em empresa júnior, um side project que saiu do papel ou ter trabalhado em uma startup pequena - Qualquer vivência onde você identificou um problema, construiu algo e colocou na mão de alguém).
