A Árvore é especialista em leitura e escrita e existe para resolver, com ciência e dados, um dos maiores gargalos da educação brasileira: formar leitores e escritores de verdade.Se você acredita que design vai muito além do visual, quer transformar desafios reais de educação em experiências que encantam e fazem sentido, e tem interesse genuíno em usar IA como parte central do seu trabalho, essa vaga pode ser pra você.Trabalhamos em ciclos de 8 semanas inspirados no Shape up: 2 semanas de cooldown, para rever prioridades e construir as próximas iniciativas, e 6 semanas de trabalho focado. Não temos PMs: times pequenos e autônomos tocam as iniciativas de ponta a ponta, e design está no centro das decisões de produto.O time de design é pequeno e nosso desafio vai além do que passa pelas nossas mãos: queremos levar a qualidade de tudo o que a Árvore entrega. Claude é a nossa principal ferramenta de trabalho: também usamos Figma e Affinity.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Criar interfaces e experiências de ponta a ponta, do problema à solução no ar Transformar desafios de negócio em caminhos concretos, defendendo decisões de design Usar IA como parte central do trabalho e criar ferramentas para outras pessoas entregarem com qualidade Atuar em times pequenos e multidisciplinares, com responsabilidade além da caixinha de Product Designer

Requisitos e qualificações Portfólio com caminho visual bem construído e raciocínio por trás das escolhas Domínio de UI e design de interação, com vivência em Figma Experiência prática com IA no design, tendo colocado soluções no ar Autonomia para trabalhar fora do processo ideal Interesse genuíno em impactar a educação

Informações adicionais Seria muito legal se você também tivesse: Experiência com Claude e Claude Code

Ter vivido a transição do design para uso de IA
