Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Manager, para atuar em uma empresa de desenvolvimento de software. A missão do(a) Product Manager é liderar a evolução estratégica das soluções de RH, Folha de Pagamento e eSocial, garantindo que os produtos atendam às necessidades dos clientes, às exigências regulatórias e aos objetivos do negócio.Inscreva-se abaixo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e evoluir a estratégia do produto Ergon (RH, Folha de Pagamento e eSocial).Construir e comunicar roadmaps de curto, médio e longo prazo.Liderar a evolução de produtos legados, equilibrando inovação, estabilidade e conformidade regulatória.Identificar oportunidades para novos produtos, funcionalidades, automações e aplicações de Inteligência Artificial.Conduzir processos de Discovery, validação de hipóteses e Proof of Concept (POCs).Estruturar, manter e priorizar os backlogs dos produtos.Equilibrar demandas regulatórias, necessidades dos clientes, evolução funcional, dívida técnica e sustentabilidade operacional.Monitorar alterações legais relacionadas à legislação trabalhista, previdenciária, RH e eSocial.Traduzir necessidades do negócio e mudanças regulatórias em requisitos claros para os times de desenvolvimento.Garantir que as decisões de evolução dos produtos sejam orientadas pelo valor entregue ao cliente e ao negócio.Participar de reuniões estratégicas com clientes e usuários-chave.Acompanhar indicadores de produto, adoção, suporte, satisfação e NPS.Incorporar feedbacks de clientes ao planejamento do produto.Atuar em parceria com os Product Owners das squads.Reportar progresso, riscos, oportunidades e prioridades para a liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenha:Ensino Superior Completo em Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência como Product Manager, Product Owner Sênior ou função equivalente em produtos digitais. Experiência na construção, priorização e gestão de roadmaps de produto.

Experiência conduzindo gestão de backlog.

Experiência em Discovery de Produtos e validação de hipóteses.

Experiência utilizando indicadores e métricas para tomada de decisão.

Experiência atuando em ambientes ágeis.

Experiência trabalhando com múltiplos stakeholders.

Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis.

Conhecimento em gestão de produtos digitais.E seria um diferencial se tivesse:Experiência com produtos de Recursos Humanos, Folha de Pagamento ou Gestão de Pessoas. Experiência em produtos B2B de missão crítica.

Vivência em ambientes regulados.

Experiência atuando com mais de uma squad ou em organizações com diferentes níveis de maturidade ágil.
