Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Discovery do produto;• Desenvolver o marketing de produto, market fit do produto;• Dar apoio às vendas;• Ter visão de longo prazo;• Dar suporte ao serviço de atendimento ao consumidor;• Apoiar a equipe de entrega de soluções;• Estar estrategicamente focado;• Desenvolver o “business case” do produto;• Desenvolver e manter estratégias;• Conhecer o produto e seus clientes;• Gerir o orçamento;• Acompanhar o desempenho do produto;• Captar investimento para seu produto.Requisitos e qualificações

• Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (scrum e kanban) e suas ferramentas;• Experiência em desenvolvimento de Produtos Digitais (web e mobile) como Product Owner ou Analista de Negócios;• Conhecimento avançado em Análise Funcional e técnicas de entrevista, entendimento de requisitos e necessidades de clientes;• Conhecimento avançado em métricas de produto;• Possuir um perfil negociador, extremamente atento a detalhes, organizado e focado;• Capacidade de liderança e de comunicação;• Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida (4 dias presenciais) em São Paulo.Diferenciais:• Certificações em metodologias ágeis;• Ter background de desenvolvimento de software;• Experiência empreendedora ou ter trabalhado em Startups;• Experiência com práticas lean e design thinking;• Conhecimento básico em alguma linguagem de programação;• Conhecimento das Guidelines da Google e Apple para desenvolvimento Android e iOs;• Formação em Engenharia, Sistemas ou Ciência da Computação; ou Administração com foco em Gestão de Projetos ou Gestão de Tecnologia (ou cursos relacionados).
