Liderar o ciclo completo do produto: descoberta (discovery), definição, desenvolvimento, lançamento e evolução. Analisar tendências de mercado, comportamento do consumidor, benchmarks e dados internos para gerar insights e oportunidades. Definir visão, objetivos, roadmap e priorização, conectando as necessidades dos clientes com as estratégias da empresa. Ter clareza sobre quem é o cliente ideal e não ideal, além dos diferenciais competitivos, construindo uma estratégia de crescimento e rentabilidade escalável. Validar hipóteses com base em dados, pesquisas, testes e experimentação contínua. Mapear riscos, requisitos e alinhamentos necessários com áreas como Regulatório, Jurídico, Compliance, Risco, Crédito, Cobrança, Marketing, Dados e Tecnologia. Acompanhar a performance do produto com foco em indicadores financeiros, satisfação, conversão, engajamento, inadimplência e sucesso da jornada. Otimizar a jornada de ponta a ponta, reduzindo fricções, abandonos e maximizando conversão e experiência. Ser protagonista na comunicação, defendendo a visão do produto, negociando prioridades e influenciando stakeholders internos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em gestão de produtos digitais no mercado financeiro/fintechs. Conhecimento aprofundado em produtos de crédito, sendo Empréstimo Pessoal o diferencial ideal. Imprescindível apresentar forte capacidade analítica e orientação a dados, com domínio de SQL e Excel para tomada de decisão pautada em indicadores financeiros e de risco (LTV, inadimplência, conversão). Visão estratégica de negócios e habilidade para traduzir diretrizes da empresa em soluções práticas, rentáveis e escaláveis. Experiência ou vivência com liderança e desenvolvimento de pessoas (gestão direta de APMs e coordenação de times multidisciplinares). Comunicação clara, executiva, objetiva e persuasiva.
