Estamos buscando um(a) Product Manager Especialista em Integrações & Plataformas para liderar a evolução da estratégia de conectividade e interoperabilidade do ecossistema PhizChat, garantindo que nossas plataformas estejam integradas de forma escalável, segura e eficiente.Aqui no time de Plataforma, você será responsável por definir e evoluir as capacidades que permitem a integração entre sistemas internos, parceiros estratégicos e aplicações do ecossistema. Nossa missão é criar uma infraestrutura robusta e flexível que acelere a inovação, reduza a complexidade de integração e proporcione uma experiência fluida para desenvolvedores, parceiros e usuários finais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e liderar a estratégia de Produto para Integrações & Plataformas, alinhando-a aos objetivos de negócio do Phiz;Construir e evoluir a visão de plataforma, garantindo escalabilidade, confiabilidade e governança das integrações do ecossistema;Atuar como principal responsável pelo roadmap de APIs, integrações e serviços compartilhados da companhia;Trabalhar em parceria com times de Engenharia, Arquitetura, Segurança, Dados e Negócio para desenvolver soluções que suportem o crescimento da plataforma;Identificar e priorizar oportunidades de melhoria na experiência de integração para parceiros, desenvolvedores e áreas internas;Definir requisitos funcionais e não funcionais para APIs, eventos, middlewares e demais componentes da plataforma;Acompanhar indicadores de disponibilidade, performance, adoção e utilização das integrações, promovendo melhorias contínuas;Garantir alinhamento entre diferentes squads e stakeholders para viabilizar iniciativas transversais de plataforma;Conduzir processos de discovery e delivery para identificar necessidades dos clientes internos e externos e transformá-las em soluções escaláveis;Fomentar uma cultura orientada a dados, experimentação e melhoria contínua, promovendo boas práticas de plataforma e integração.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida como Product Manager, com histórico comprovado na construção e evolução de produtos de plataforma e integrações em ambientes de alta escala;Capacidade de traduzir desafios técnicos complexos em estratégias e entregas de produto orientadas ao negócio;Forte capacidade analítica e orientação a dados, utilizando métricas para priorização, tomada de decisão e acompanhamento de resultados;Experiência na definição e gestão de roadmaps de plataforma;Conhecimento sobre arquitetura de plataformas, padrões de integração, autenticação, mensageria e governança de APIs;Excelente capacidade de comunicação, influência e gestão de stakeholders em ambientes multifuncionais;Perfil estratégico, com visão sistêmica e habilidade para equilibrar necessidades de negócio, tecnologia e experiência dos usuários;Inglês avançado.
