Atua para transformar necessidades de clientes e objetivos do negócio em soluções claras, priorizadas e viáveis, garantindo que os produtos evoluam com coerência, qualidade e impacto mensurável. Sua abrangência envolve trabalhar diretamente com as áreas de Engenharia, Plataforma, UX, Dados, Segurança e demais stakeholders para alinhar prioridades, coordenar discovery contínuo, orientar decisões e assegurar que cada entrega gere valor real para o usuário e para a empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenha:Ensino Superior Completo em Tecnologia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Design, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Certificações ou cursos em Produto, UX ou Métodos Ágeis serão considerados diferenciais.Experiência em Produtos Digitais: Vivência na gestão e evolução de produtos digitais, atuando na definição e acompanhamento de backlog, priorização de demandas, especificação de requisitos e suporte à construção de roadmaps.Discovery e Validação: Conhecimento em técnicas de discovery, entrevistas com usuários, levantamento de necessidades, validação de hipóteses e mapeamento de jornadas, apoiando a tomada de decisão orientada ao cliente.Métricas e Análise de Dados: Capacidade de acompanhar indicadores de produto e utilizar dados para apoiar decisões, com experiência em ferramentas de análise como Google Analytics, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude ou similares.Ferramentas de Produto e Colaboração: Experiência com ferramentas como Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro ou similares para gestão de demandas, documentação e colaboração entre equipes.Trabalho Multifuncional: Vivência na interação com times de tecnologia, design, negócios e stakeholders, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e entrega de soluções alinhadas às necessidades do negócio e dos clientes.Lançamento e Evolução de Funcionalidades: Conhecimento das etapas de implementação e acompanhamento de novas funcionalidades, apoiando ações de comunicação, treinamento e adoção dos usuários.Diferenciais: Certificações como CSPO, PM3, Product School, Scrum Product Owner ou similares serão consideradas um diferencial.Inglês Avançado.Informações adicionais Na Redbelt Security, acreditamos que todos têm potencial para desempenhar um papel chave para crescimento mútuo.
