Se você tem esse perfil e essa ambição, inscreva-se nesta vaga e junte-se a nós para construir o futuro do mercado financeiro.Sobre a Posição: Buscamos uma pessoa Sênior de Produtos para atuar na organização, acompanhamento e evolução de iniciativas relacionadas a produtos de crédito, com forte interface com áreas internas, fornecedores e squads de tecnologia. Essa pessoa terá um papel importante na governança dos produtos, garantindo visibilidade das iniciativas, acompanhamento de prazos, identificação de riscos e evolução das entregas, conectando estratégia, negócio e execução.#VemSerGenialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar e acompanhar demandas, projetos e roadmap de Produtos;Estruturar tarefas, responsáveis, prioridades e prazos das iniciativas;Realizar follow-up com áreas internas, squads e fornecedores, garantindo o andamento das entregas;Acompanhar riscos, bloqueios, dependências e SLAs;Manter painéis executivos com visão consolidada das principais frentes e iniciativas;Preparar reports executivos para acompanhamento da liderança;Apoiar a governança, documentação e organização das evidências dos produtos;Transformar direcionamentos estratégicos e ideias da liderança em planos de ação estruturados, acompanhando as iniciativas até sua conclusão;Detalhar requisitos e apoiar a priorização do backlog junto aos times envolvidos;Interagir com squads e times multidisciplinares em ambientes de metodologia ágil;Atuar na conexão entre negócio, produto, tecnologia e parceiros, garantindo alinhamento e evolução contínua das entregas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência com produtos de crédito consignado e/ou cartão consignado;Conhecimento dos principais fluxos de produtos de crédito, como originação, simulação, margem, liberação, liquidação e cessão;Experiência com gestão e priorização de backlog e requisitos de produto;Vivência na interação com squads ágeis e times multidisciplinares;Conhecimento de produtos digitais e noções de integrações via API;Capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com dados, hipóteses e acompanhamento de indicadores;Organização para conduzir múltiplas frentes simultaneamente;Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e habilidade para realizar follow-ups com diferentes stakeholders;Capacidade de síntese e elaboração de reports para públicos executivos;Perfil proativo, organizado, com visão de negócio e foco em execução e entrega.

Diferencial: Experiência com sistemas como Matera, ConsigFacil, Sinqia, Zetra ou similares;Vivência em bancos, fintechs, bancos digitais ou empresas de tecnologia financeira;Experiência com produtos CaaS (Consignado as a Service);Experiência com produtos de crédito dentro do mercado financeiro;Certificação ou formação relacionada a Product Owner (PO), Product Management ou metodologias ágeis.
