Atuar como Product Owner de produtos e soluções de Dados, sendo o principal elo entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia e stakeholders; Entender necessidades de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos, histórias de usuário, épicos e critérios de aceite; Construir, priorizar e gerenciar o Product Backlog com foco em valor de negócio, impacto, riscos, dependências e esforço; Definir e acompanhar roadmap, prioridades, entregas e evolução dos produtos; Trabalhar em parceria com times de Engenharia de Dados, Analytics, Arquitetura e áreas de negócio; Conduzir atividades de discovery, levantamento de requisitos e definição de soluções; Garantir clareza sobre escopo, objetivos, resultados esperados e critérios de sucesso das iniciativas; Participar das cerimônias ágeis, apoiando o time na tomada de decisões e alinhamento de prioridades; Acompanhar indicadores, métricas e resultados, promovendo a evolução contínua dos produtos; Facilitar a comunicação e o alinhamento entre diferentes áreas e níveis da organização; Apoiar a definição de estratégias e iniciativas orientadas por dados; Garantir que as entregas atendam às necessidades do negócio e gerem valor para os stakeholders.

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência sólida como Product Owner e/ou Product Manager, preferencialmente em produtos digitais ou soluções de Dados; Experiência com gestão de backlog, priorização, roadmap, discovery e definição de requisitos; Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban; Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos claros para equipes técnicas; Experiência atuando com times multidisciplinares de Tecnologia, Dados e Analytics; Conhecimento em Data Platform, Data Lake, Data Warehouse e integrações de dados; Conhecimento em Google Cloud Platform (GCP) e seus principais serviços voltados para Dados; Forte capacidade de comunicação, negociação e gestão de stakeholders; Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados; Visão de produto e foco na geração de valor para o negócio.

Diferenciais

Experiência com produtos de dados, analytics ou inteligência de negócio; Conhecimento em métricas e indicadores de produto; Vivência em ambientes de transformação digital e cultura data-driven; Certificações em Product Management, Agile ou Cloud.
